5th Nurses Conference 24th-26th Nov.2010
POLICY POLITICS & NURSING PRACTICE

Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre has host a Conference of Nursing which started on 24th-26th November2010, whereby the major theme of the conference is Policy, Politics and Nursing Practice. In the complex and turbulent world of today's health care sytems the roles nurses play in this sytem are changing rapidly. The contribution of nurses to future health care systems is likely to be even more complicated than it is today.
Real and lasting progress in nursing will be impossible unless nurses in leadership positions are able to set clear prioroties, plan strategically, advocate for and manage change and effectively participate in and influence health care planning and policy-making. Join Nurses from all over Tanzania to share their expirences.
