The faculty offers the following courses:

Entry Requirements for B. Sc. Degree course in Prosthetics and Orthotics

Direct Entry:

• Form VI Certificate, Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (A.C.S.E) with three principal passes, and not less than 4 aggregate points* in any of these science subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Mechanics or
• Candidates holding qualifications equivalent to the above from an institution recognised by this university. or 5.2: Equivalent Entry:
• Candidates with a suitable Diploma in Orthopaedic Technology. Candidates holding a Diploma in Orthopaedic Technology from an institution recognized by this University will be considered for admission into the B.Sc. degree course in Prosthetics and Orthotics provided they have obtained distinctions, i.e. (B Grade or above) in Mathematics, Mechanics, Biomechanics, Pathology, Prosthetics and Orthotics during the period of study in their respective institutions.

* The grading of ACSE aggregate points are calculated from this key: Principal A = 5 Points, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1, Subsidiary pass = 0.5
